When filling out the reservation form, we collect the following data:

• First and last name

• Date of birth

• Permanent address

• Email address

• Phone number

3. WHY DO WE COLLECT THIS DATA?

Your data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Handling of baby ferret reservations

• Communication regarding the litter and preparation of the breeding contract, contacting and processing orders for cage name tags

• Archiving of breeding contracts

4. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

We retain your data for the following periods:

• If you adopt a baby ferret from us, the contract will be archived indefinitely

• If you submit a reservation but cancel it, your data will not be stored further

5. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?

• Your data is stored exclusively by the data controller and is not shared with third parties

• Only individuals involved in the operation of the breeding station have access to the data

6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER GDPR

You have the right to:

• Request access to your stored personal data

• Request correction or deletion of data (deletion is not possible if a signed breeding contract exists, as it remains valid)

• Withdraw consent to processing (withdrawal is not possible if a signed breeding contract exists, as it remains valid)

• File a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz)
